hey what is the procedure for starting a new ticket as i cant log in any more and i have tried changing my password but no luck , keeps telling me session expired ?

Hi !
At the bottom of the log in page, next to "Lost pwd ?", you can put your Nickname, your e-mail adress (the one you put for your account), and then click on "Ok".
Chek your mails and then try the password you received.
If it still doesn't work, come back to me, i'll take care of it personnally
